No personal data of the submitting user (account, email, name) is stored in the database.
Data processing is based on the user's consent, collected via a checkbox when submitting the form (GDPR Article 6.1.a).
Entry data is retained until deleted or modified by the submitter via the unique manage link provided at creation time. This link contains a secret token and is the primary way to edit or delete an entry. Entries may also be removed by site administrators. If you lose your manage link, contact us to request modification or deletion.
Deletion requests received via the contact form are processed within 14 days.

Entries reported as inappropriate are automatically hidden pending review by site administrators. This measure is taken to protect users from harmful content. If a report is not clear and well-argued, the entry will be restored by the administrators. If your entry has been hidden, you may also contest the decision by contacting us. No other automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
No personal data is shared with third parties. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection on forms. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser metadata to verify you are human; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. All other data is stored and processed on servers hosted by OVHcloud (Roubaix, France). No analytics, CDN, or advertising services are used.
This site does not use any tracking cookies, trackers, or tracking technologies.
A single strictly necessary cookie is used when you access the manage page for an entry you created. This cookie stores your authentication token so it does not appear in the URL, and expires after 1 hour. No consent is required for this cookie under the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5.3) as it is essential to provide the service you requested.
A language preference cookie (lang) may be set when you switch the display language. This cookie is strictly functional and does not require consent.
Data is stored in a local database. Each entry is identified by a unique random identifier (UUID). The manage link contains a separate secret token ensuring that only the person who created an entry can edit or delete it. Uploaded photos are stored as individual files on the server and deleted when the entry is removed.
